Job Profile: Travel coordinator
Required Qualification: Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management/ Certificate Courses in Travel and Tourism/ Bachelor of Tourism Studies (BTS)/ Bachelor of Hospitality and Travel Management (BHTM)/ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Travel and Tourism/ Master of Tourism Administration (MTA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Travel and Tourism
Experience Required: fresher to 12 month
Skills Required: self-starter; with passion for Travel Management & Hospitality
Probation Period: three months Stipend@ 15 thousand* per (26 days) month
CTC Range: Annual 4 Lac to 18 Lac; (depending upon the performance in the probation period).

We are looking for talented freshers as Travel coordinator to join our nationwide team of Eco-Evangelists for the organization's efficient Travel Management.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter; with passion for Travel Management, vendor Development/Administration with a strong desire to deliver foolproof results.
Pay Scale:
Regular CTC 4 to 18 lac, (depending upon the performance in the probation period) after successful completion of probation period of three to nine months. (for details see)
KRA:
Ensure safe reaching of students in the institute from entire india.
KPI
efficiency in average daily handling of the number of student travelers in the designated shift will help you achieve the CTC in LPA. like in the range of 40 student > 4 LPA or 180 student >18 LPA.
In probation period:
Stipend for a probation period of three months: 15 thousand per (26 days) month.

You are responsible for:
Core Responsibilities:
Passenger Tracking and Coordination:
Track passenger journeys in real-time using apps and mobile devices.
Arrange and coordinate pickups with taxi services, ensuring seamless communication between drivers and students.
Facilitate effective communication between the BDE, student, last-mile service provider, and Accommodation Coordinator to guarantee the student's safe arrival at the Navi Mumbai Institute.
Safety and Compliance:
Conduct digital/social media awareness campaigns to promote safe travel practices.
Create and maintain detailed manuals and guidelines for safe travel.
Implement SMS campaigns to provide timely updates and safety reminders.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout the travel process.
Student Support:
Provide comprehensive counseling to Institute of Kitchenopathy® students, assisting with travel arrangements and coordinating accommodation.
Additional Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
Contribute to meeting periodic revenue goals and targets by arranging tours, booking travel seats, escorting travelers, providing travel information, and conducting rescue operations.
Manage and secure electronically stored data and documents related to travel arrangements.
Coordinate water distribution and supply as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Passenger Satisfaction: Measure customer satisfaction through feedback surveys and ratings.
Safety Record: Track incident rates and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Revenue Achievement: Monitor revenue performance against set targets.
Efficiency: Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Parameters:
100% On-Time and Safe Arrival: All enrolled students successfully reach their destination without any incidents, delays, or disruptions. This includes timely pickups, efficient travel, and safe arrival at the final destination.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Duration: Permanent
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home) within the designated region, with daily reporting to the next shift in-charge via online & phone.
Key Required Skills:
Travel Industry Expertise: Proven experience in railway bookings and operational procedures, with a deep understanding of road route connectivity via public transport systems.
Coordination and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
Business Acumen: A keen understanding of business operations, including cost estimation and resource management.
Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams or projects, as needed.
Other Essential Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Own an Android smartphone & PC/laptop and have the ability to use various communication platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly find alternative solutions in situations with limited internet connectivity or network challenges.
Resourcefulness: Knowledge of public resources to support travelers and the ability to effectively utilize them.
Ability: to accurately estimate travel times and costs for various distances, considering different transportation modes, routes, and factors such as traffic conditions and peak hours.
